The content on this site, including the Compilation, belongs to ParticleDancing. You may not use ParticleDancing's content in any way that disparages or discredits ParticleDancing, or in any way that is likely to cause confusion or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. The Software used on this site is the property of ParticleDancing and/or its software suppliers. Site content may be copied or distributed only with the express written permission of ParticleDancing. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

1.1 Intellectual Property Infringement Policy

ParticleDancing respects the intellectual property rights of holders, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, design, and trade secrets. If you believe that a supplier on our website is selling material that infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us and we will investigate.

ParticleDancing is committed to complying with all applicable state, federal, and EU laws, as well as international laws, in connection with any material that is claimed to infringe upon any trademark, copyright, design, patent, or other intellectual property right.

1.2 Sale of Unauthorized Goods

If you believe that any of the goods and/or services for sale on ParticleDancing infringe your intellectual property rights, please email us at service@particledancing.com with the following information:

A. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

B. A description of the allegedly infringing work or material, and where it is located on the site (product URL(s)).

C. Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address.

D. A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright or other proprietary right owner, its agent, or the law.

E. Identification of the intellectual property rights that you claim are infringed by the website (e.g., "XYZ copyright"; "ABC trademark, Reg. No. 123456, registered 1/1/04"; etc.). In the case of copyright infringement, please provide the copyright registration number or a link to the platform where the work was first published, the URL of the infringing work/image, and/or other information proving that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to use it.

F. A statement by you that the above information and notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner whose exclusive right is allegedly infringed.

1.3 Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted material has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our service department at service@particledancing.com to report the matter under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2). Please include the following information in your message:

A. The full legal name and physical (or electronic) signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.

B. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

C. A description of where the material you claim is infringing is located on the site.

D. Your mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

E. A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

F. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
