What is the minimum order quantity for OEM customization?
MOQ varies by customization project. Logo embroidery/printing starts at 50 pieces, hangtags and labels at 100 pieces, and custom packaging at 500 units. Please contact your account manager for detailed pricing.
How long does sampling take, and what are the costs?
Standard sampling takes 3-5 working days; complex techniques may extend to 7 days. Sampling fees vary by project and are deductible from your bulk order upon confirmation. Please consult your dedicated account manager for details.
What logo file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, PSD, PDF, CDR, EPS vector formats, as well as high-resolution PNG/JPG images (300dpi or above recommended). If you don't have design files, our design team can assist you in creating them.
How long is the OEM order production cycle?
After sample approval, bulk production typically takes 7-15 working days, depending on order quantity and technique complexity. Rush orders can be negotiated for a shorter turnaround.
Do you accept customer-supplied materials for processing?
Yes. You can send us your own fabrics or semi-finished products for logo customization. We also support combining your packaging materials with our assembly and fulfillment services.
