Shipping Policy
1. Our Logistics Service
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. For larger orders (typically over 1 cubic meter), we may use sea freight instead, depending on your location and the most cost-effective option.
2. Shipping Discounts
As a high-volume shipper, we have negotiated preferential rates with major international carriers such as DHL. We pass these savings on to you, so your shipping costs are lower than standard retail express rates.
3. Shipping & Delivery Time
After you place an order, we will review it and send you an invoice — including the exact shipping cost — within 24 hours. Returning wholesale customers receive priority order processing and stock preparation. Once payment is received, orders for existing customers are typically dispatched within 1 business day, while orders for new customers generally ship within 2 business days.
Standard delivery times after dispatch:
- DHL / FedEx / UPS: 5–7 business days worldwide, depending on destination.
- EMS: 10–15 business days (Russia may take longer).
Occasionally, a stock shortage may cause a delay. If this happens, we will email you and hold the order until you respond. We will then offer you the choice of an exchange or a cancellation, based on your preference.
4. How Postage Is Calculated
Shipping is priced by total weight, so consolidating items into a single shipment lowers your cost per kilogram. For example, EMS charges roughly the same whether you ship 1 item or 5 — so the more you order at once, the more you save on shipping per piece.
5. Shipping Cost
Your final shipping cost depends on three factors: total weight, delivery method, and destination country. Because product weights vary widely (a t-shirt is around 0.15 kg, while a heavyweight hoodie can be around 0.6 kg), we are unable to quote an exact shipping fee until your order is finalized.
You are free to choose your preferred carrier — we will also compare all available options and recommend the most suitable one for you. If you are not satisfied with our quoted shipping fee, you may cancel the order, or arrange your own prepaid shipping label to collect the package.
