Custom Labels

Five ways to put your name on the back of the neck

Woven Label
Streetwear standard

Logo and pattern woven directly into the fabric. Crisp edges, full color, holds up wash after wash.

Variants: high-density twill, satin sheen, raw twill texture
Tagless / Heat Transfer
No-itch basics

Ink pressed directly onto the inside neck at high heat — kills the scratch, keeps the look clean.

Best for: tees, tanks, summer drops
Loop & Ribbon Tag
Deconstructed

An extra-long woven or ribbon tag, fixed at one or both ends — built to hang, not hide.

Reference: Off-White's long printed loop tag
Cotton & Canvas Patch
Workwear & Ametora

Raw canvas or cotton patch, screen-printed or embroidered — ages and frays the way the rest of the garment does.

Reference: workwear and Japanese heritage brands
Leather & Silicone Tag
Heavyweight signature

Real leather, PU, rubber, or silicone sewn into the neck — raised 3D texture, real weight in hand.

Best for: heavyweight hoodies, jackets, techwear

Custom Hang Tags

The first thing they touch before they touch the garment

Heavyweight Cardboard
Built to last

1–3mm stock, raw kraft or black card — debossed or foil-stamped for a logo you can feel.

Reference: Japanese and Americana heritage labels
Sticker Tag
Street culture staple

Front face is a real vinyl sticker, back is the product info — peel it off, stick it anywhere.

Reference: Supreme's box-logo sticker tag
Plastic / PVC / Silicone
Y2K & techwear

Frosted, transparent, or neon synthetic tags — waterproof, hard to crease, impossible to miss.

Reference: Off-White's bright PVC security tags
Fabric & Woven Tag
Material continuity

The same twill, canvas, nylon, or leather used on the garment, cut down into the tag itself.

Often paired with: raw rope or a metal safety pin
Function / Ingredient Tag
Performance proof

A second tag from the fabric mill itself — backs up your waterproof, abrasion, or warmth claims.

Common badges: GORE-TEX, CORDURA, Primaloft

Custom Graphics & Print

Six techniques, six different textures on the same shirt

Silk Screen Print
The evergreen

Rubber ink for bold, raised, opaque color. Water-based ink for a soft, almost invisible hand-feel.

Best for: heavyweight tees, dark garments
Puff Print
3D high-street

Foaming agent in the ink rises under heat — the graphic comes off the shirt instead of sitting flat.

Reference: Corteiz, CPFM hoodie graphics
DTG Print
Photo-real detail

Ink printed straight into the fibers — no hand-feel, full breathability, holds gradients and photos.

Reference: classic Supreme portrait tees
Embroidery
Built-in premium

Flat stitch for clean small logos, appliqué patches for varsity style, chenille for a thick, plush texture.

Best for: collegiate, varsity, outerwear
Silicone & HD Print
Technical edge

Layers of ink built up into sharp, raised edges, or molded silicone heat-pressed onto the fabric.

Best for: techwear, hardware-led graphics
Embossing / Debossing
No ink, all texture

A heated die presses the design straight into the fabric — no color, just shadow and shape.

Best for: minimalist, premium fleece and suede

Frequently asked questions

Have questions? We have answers.

What's the minimum order for private label branding?

There's no standalone MOQ on branding — labels, tags, and print techniques are applied per order. For very small runs (under 20 pcs), a setup fee may apply.

Can I mix label types — like a woven neck label with a leather hang tag?

Yes. Most brands combine at least two label types. The most common pairing is a woven neck label with a heavyweight cardstock hang tag and a sticker tag.

Do you provide proofs before production?

Always. We send a digital proof for every label and graphic before anything goes into production. Physical label samples are available on request.

Can I use a function/ingredient tag without the matching fabric?

Yes — as long as the performance claim is accurate for the garment's fabric. We'll let you know if the spec doesn't match.

How long does a private label order take from artwork to ship?

Typically 15–25 business days from approved artwork to ship, depending on label type and order volume. Rush options are available.
